The survey collected 2,042 valid responses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>More than 87% of respondents believed that the draft did not fully consider all aspects. Only 3.6% of respondents agreed with the legalization of surrogacy. Among those who disagreed, only 21.6% agreed only when the act is complete. Similarly, only 4.4% of respondents agreed that single individuals and same-sex couples should be allowed to use donated sperm or eggs for assisted reproduction. Among those who disagreed, only 20.1% agreed only when the act is complete.
